In my life, I knew a person who allowed alcohol to control his life. At first, a group of us would gather for an innocent drink after work. Over several years, this person made alcohol his reason for getting out of bed. He lost his wife and children, fell from his thrown at his job and began to further abuse himself by getting into irresponsible and dangerous relationships. He had hit bottom. His life was crashing down before his eyes. After his old and true friends essentially abandoned him, he was left surrounded with people just like himself. For all intents and purposes, he lost everything!
At this point, his true friends would step up, slap him upside his head and tell him to WAKE UP! If he listened to his friends, he would wake up. If not, he would perish. Because enough of his old, but not-so-true friends remained and continued to enable him, he chose the latter and I watched a good friend and friendship die, spiritually. I do not know where he is today, but this experience taught me long ago that not every store has a happy ending.
Such, is the state of our nation. We are free-falling toward total destruction. As a nation, the United States is about to hit bottom!
We have spent our way into insolvency, we are having our rights stripped from us without a fight, we are being targeted by some of the most dangerous countries on the planet and our hardest working citizens are being taxed into widespread poverty. Our cities are falling into ruins right before our eyes, our morals are being diluted to the point of disgust and obscene behavior and criminal actions are being normalized; even glamorized. We are put into a panic by the media over the flu, something that comes around and kills thousands each year. Yet our President and his administration are killing tens of thousands through punitive and deadly policies; yet nobody seems to care.
We have not hit bottom yet, but it is coming sooner than you think. Yet, while all of this bad stuff is happening around us, people have re-elected this most destructive of all U.S. President's. Figuratively speaking, people are dancing in the streets and have exalted him, not unlike the golden idols in the "Ten Commandments". Sadly, this story will likely end the same way but will take more than 3 hours on Easter Sunday before it is over.
Look at some realities; while this President and his administration are being hailed by 51% of the country:
- We are going into the 5th year of the worst economy in our history.
- We are going into our 5th year of the highest sustained fuel prices in our history.
- Every working person watched their taxes jump in January by an average of $25 per week after being told by this President during the campaign, 2 months earlier, that he would not tax the middle class.
- We have vilified the right for good, honest, people to own firearms and will likely eliminate the right all together.
- We have watched our soldiers massacred while trying to protect an embassy in Benghazi, while our President knowingly watched...and did nothing.
- We have permitted a man who refuses to prove his citizenship at birth, to hold the highest office in our land; a direct violation of our Constitution!
- We have watched this administration hand guns over to drug cartels in Mexico for free, only to have them used against our Federal Law Enforcement Officers, or sold to gang bangers on our city streets.
- We have spent our government's resources (tax dollars) irresponsibly, without any accountability, whatsoever!
There are two points to be made. The first, if all of the items shown above had taken place when a conservative was in office, not only would he not have been re-elected, but he would have been impeached and removed from office. The cries would be heard across our nation and rightly so. With our current President however, he is untouchable. It defies logic! The most absurd statement I heard this week was a journalist comparing Obama to Ronald Reagan. Talk about polar opposites. If I could have punched this journalist through my radio, I would have.
The second, and most important point is this. We are approaching rock bottom! Those of you who believe Obama is a god and feel he can do no wrong, will be hit hard too. You are enjoying his promises of turning the U.S. into the land of milk and honey, but the milk is spiked with vinegar and the honey is laced with cyanide.
You are criticizing the conservatives for demanding strong spending cuts and blaming them for the economy, just as you did in the last election. This is what the President wants you to believe and this is what the media reports.
You are screaming for gun control in the wake of recent events, yet the honest people who follow the rules are not committing the crimes. These crimes are being committed by the people who have been enabled through poor parenting, strict government restrictions on child discipline in the home and schools; and the criminalization of God, by government, in our society. Yet the President wants you to believe that firearms are the problem and must go away and this is what the media reports. Remember, Hitler would not have risen to power if German citizens had been armed.
You feel that government should be the nanny to all people - our housing, food, healthcare, education, all of it should be paid by the government though the government does not have money. No problem, you believe by raising taxes on the wealthy, our deficit will come down. There are problems with this theory however. First, if you took all of the money from all of the wealthy people, we would still be unable to erase our deficit. Next, the working stiffs in this country are not going to continue to break there backs to pay oppressive tax bills so the lazy and clueless can sit on their butts watching trash TV.
It is funny how human beings are considered at the top of the food chain, yet humans are the only creatures who rely on others to provide for their well being. In nature, it is every beast for himself - others may give a hand up, such as with a pack of dogs; but nobody gets a handout. In nature, you work or you die.
When you listen to the news, you will hear about the economy improving until the revised numbers are released next month. You will hear about how if it were not for the conservatives, we would be in much better financial shape, yet it was not the conservatives who cancelled the payroll tax cut in January and continue to force fuel prices higher by their restrictive environmental policies. You also hear how the bad conservatives are holding up a deal to prevent massive cuts from taking place on March 1. They are not negotiating, or so it is reported. What you are not hearing is that the liberals will not negotiate on spending cuts, in fact, Harry Reid said himself, "We will not cut any spending!" His words, "Any spending!" I think this says everything about where the fault lies.
Over the next few days and months, we are going to hit bottom. The party will come to an end for all of the disillusion people who believe that Obama squirts milk and spits honey. Obama has been permitted to run the deficit up faster than the past five Presidents, combined. He could do this because the U.S. dollar is the world currency, which allows us to keep printing these, practically devalued, pieces of paper. As the economy worsens though, more and more countries are losing faith in the dollar and more and more countries will stop trading in the dollar. When the time comes that the dollar is no longer the worlds currency, and it is coming; the party will be over and we will hit bottom. The splat will be felt around the world and America's dominance will come to a crashing end!
This will bring the U.S. to third world status and lives will be changed in ways nobody can imagine. The people who believe they are poor today and expect the government to provide them with free air conditioning and smartphones, will learn what poor really means.
Fellow American's, this is the man you elected. Your greed allowed you to follow and elect a false god, an idol. You will soon learn that the President is not a god, nor and idol. You will learn what some of us already know, he is neither a true American or a true friend of the Constitution. He will not be here to pick us up when we hit bottom, but God willing, there will be a true friend who will.
